All, on a discussion on another board it was mentioned that Southdown the company a lot of folks use for sand in their aquarium was in many environmental lawsuits and is supposedly part of the reason they are changing names. Please look at these links:

Someone did a search on Yahoo for "lawsuit southdown" and it returned 67 matches. I think you will all be shocked!
