Brain coral help

I have 2 brain corals and they aren't inflating can it be that I'm not feeding them

Mine do like to be fed.
They're also one of the first corals on the tank to tell me something is up with my water parameters. What are your readings?

The paeans are all good I tested them today

Phosphates? Stray Electrical? Feeding? Lighting? Poor specimens?
