Brain coral

I recently bought a brain coral for my LFS and have had it in my tank now for almost two weeks and it still won't fully open. As of now it just stays pinched in the center. I have it placed near the top of my tank to give it plenty of light and it has light water flow over it. Is this ok or should I move it to another area of my tank or what? Thanks

Brain corals usually do best on the sandbed, low to medium flow. Rocks can sometimes tare them or prevent them from fully expanding.
