I'm having a hard time figuring out where to place this. Would it be alright to bury the exoskeleton part of the coral in the sand so just the top green part is showing??

in the sandbed, shaded. These corals need the PAR value from high quality lighting, but direct light will kill them in the long run. Place them under an overhag so that ligt gets to them indirectly.
