I purchased a hammer last night it seems very stressed how long does it take to ajust to new tank?

Umm I think all things considered it will probably take as long as it takes if it is healthy

A few heads seem fine but other are spitting white and dropping green heads? I have a wall hammer and frogspawn and had no trouble?
