I feed my fish frozen brine. The protien rating is real close. I think the protien rating was 6.7 percent on mysis and on the brine shrimp I got it is 6.4 percent. So what am I missing? Why is mysis soooo much better?

Because brine loses ALL
nutritional value shortly after hatching.

mysis have other supporting nutritional values like amino acids, vitamins, that arent as prevalent in matured brine.

As I understand it, baby brine's yolk sac contains a lot of nutrition that the brine quickly consumes for it's own growth.
