Brine Shrimp Tank

I was wondering if i should buy a kit to make brine or just have a small tank with an airpump with the bag of eggs, would be good enough? I dont need the brine to be fully grown, just want them to hatch so i can feed them to the tank. Anyone know any sites with tips raising brine? Any Do it yourself thingys?

i ve done it both ways with a take and with a 2 liter bottle. the bottle is better because you can get the brine out easier without the hassle of the eggshells getting in with them. some lfs have kit that you screw a 2 liter pop bottle on and it has a air hose adapter to connect for movement works great.
