Brineshrimp hatching

I was thinking, Could I take brineshrimp eggs and inject them into the holes and caves in my live rock to hatch? Or is this a bad Idea? Has anyone done this before? thanks

Have not tried that method, but yesterday morining I took a small Lee's clear plastic 5-way breeder box and hung it inside the tank. Partioned the box with the dividers, and then sprinkled in the brine shrimp cysts into the middle chamber. My sump return flows next to the end of the breeder box and caused some agitation, and the cysts were agitated somewhat.
Tank lights on normal 10 hours and this morning I've got brine shrimp starting to swim out the ends into the tank. Empty cysts floated up to top, and I netted them out. Looks like most hatched - going to try and refine this method some more.
Just an idea -
Brian
