Bringing cleaning crew home... ANd need advice

how long do you have to do the acclimation for the cleaning crew...
do you have to just put the bags in your tank for some time or do the drip method for them..
and what are some good cleaning crew to get ..
going to get some today..

how big of a tank are we talking about?definintley drip. not sure how long. but i would get a mix of hermits. some turbo snails are good for cleaning the glass. some nassarious snails for cleaning the substrate. maybe a emrald mithrax crab or 2 as well for othere types of algea. and maybe some shrimp like the skunk cleaner or fire shrimp.

29 gallon tank.. all done cycling..
how much water do you go though when you do the drip.... will i have to make some more water up...
