Bristle Worm

So I know I have Bristle Worms in my tank. At least 10. Even if they get to large numbers, will they do any harm to anything?
I bought a Sixline Wrasse partially because she is gorgeous but mainly because she eats bristle worms. I also saw my Cleaner shrimp eat a small one. I want to get a CBS but dont want to risk my CS because he is the best

The overwhelming majority of bristleworms are good scavengers and beneficial. You will not erradicate them, and trying will take the joy out of the hobby - not to mention you would notice their loss.
Their numbers are tied to available nutrients. If they increase, then you probably need to reassess your feeding, stocking, water quality and clean up crew.
