Bristle worm?

I think I have a bristle worm. Does someone have a picture of one so that I may confirm my suspicions? Why are they bad - or are they? I would assume that you don't want them if I see "trap" you can buy for them...

just do a search on here and you will find a pic i use to hate them until i came on this board and learned more about them their really not bad just dont touch them the are part of your cleanup crew and also help alot with sandbeds keeping them stirred up
