bristle worms

Since I am new to the marine aquarium scene I have read a lot about bristle worms, good & bad. These are the ones that are in my tank. Are they good or bad??? They are red at each end & dark in the middle. :notsure:

They eat the detrious in your sand bed, most people like them others dont but I dont know why they wouldnt want free cleaning, Carrie

leave them, if anything they make for good wrasse food, and you will NEVER catch them all!
