Bristleworms

i am having a problem with bristleworms in my 75 reef. some are too big to get in the standard worm trap. any ideas?

the rock says....
use the inverted water bottle trick or the pantyhose trick, also you can take the rock and dip it in high saline water which will get them to come out all the way or partially and can be pulled the rest of the way with tweezers. don't put your fingers on it! you can also coax it out with some bait and then snag it.

you can also get an arrow crab...or a six line wrasse...both are known to eat them up/////
