Brittle Attack!!!!

This is the third time I,ve seen my green brittle star wrapped around one of my large turbo snails. Will a brittle kill a snail. It'll wrap completly around the turbo. Should I worry about this or is it just picking its food from the turbos shell?

green brittle stars are consitered fish eaters. they will sit about 2in of the ground and when a fish swims under him he will coil his legs and trap the fish for an easy meal

just wach him carfully.

That could explain why I am missing a yellow tail damsel and my green brittle start looks bloated. I never thought he could move fast enough to catch a fish. It normally moves very slow. My red brittle move MUCH faster.
Oh well, I was going to get rid of that yellow tail anyways.....

Keep an eye on him they are meat eaters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![

After further review, I think my blue devil killed my yellow tails. The star was just "cleaning" the tank for me.
