how often to you feed yours?? I got mine about a week ago. I feed my tank mysis, buy they are so small, I picked up a couple of lrg shrimp today. I fed the star a small piece and it seemed to like it.

What color is your star? Do you have a picture? Your star will eat things from the rock and sand that it finds. Does not hurt to throw it a morsel like you did once in a while.

Its kinda burgandy. You can see light strips on its legs. It dosent come out much, just his legs.

They will also wave those arms around when you feed the tank picking up anything they can grab.

I have never fed mine anything directly. I have two, very large, but they stay inside the rocks for the most part. When I feed the tank cyclopeez once or twice a week, their arms come out from everywhere, so I know they are eating. They are one of the cooler conversation pieces in the tank...

My serpent was out tonight, full body. He never comes out. I have had this guy for almost a year. I only ever see legs sticking out in different directions at feeding time. It was cool to watch. Too bad my camera batteries were dead
