Brittle Starfish, compatible w/ a yellow headed jawfish??

just wondering are brittle starfish, not the green, but brownish ones, compatible with pearly jawfish? Read somewhere that brittle stars and this type of jawfish shouldn't be put together, but i think it was talking of the green ones... <img src="graemlins//confused.gif" border="0" alt="[confused]" />

I'm not an brittle expert so someone may agree or disagree but---
While the brown are not quite as notorious as the green I think they are still the same in alot of ways as far as diet and stuff--so I'd guess I'd say no.

i have 4 diff species of brittle and serpent and a jawfish, they all some to get along fine. The jaw fish just hangs out in his hole and thinks he is all big and bad, and then he runs for a neon goby and the fire fish. What a wuss, back to topic, I would say that unless you have an evil star (happens sometime) you should be ok.

just wondering because i use to have a firefish until one when it mysteriosly DISAPPEARED... Dunno if it jumped out or something (or someone) at it? haven't had any other probs with fish disappearing, or at least that i can remember of.
