Brittle starfish...

Which one is the most similar to the black one? I know the green one is different... which one is the one that eats detritus and meat things and flakes that get left over?

I may be wrong, but I believe all the brittle and serpents .

The green is reported to be a predator of fish also. My tiger serpent does a pretty good job.

And all, IMO, should be spot fed.

While your asking about brittle starfish, I'd thought I'd mention an interesting fact about these animals. It appears as though they have the ability of site.
