Brooklynella Advice

I just started a new 46 gallon tank...
I'm about a week into the cycle process. After about 3 days I added 3 damsels. 1 Domino and 2 Fiji's...
DOmino Damsel is pretty much toast. He's laying on the bottom with faded rotted fins and a bulge on his cheek. He's also been trailing some long white feces type stuff every now and then. I think I've identified it as Brooklynella with maybe a bacterial infection to boot.
My question is, how would you handle this? I don't want to treat the tank as it's cycling. The other 2 fish look okay, although one of them has a reddish spot on his side where there was a previous injury...
I'm going to flush the domino once he dies. SHould I speed that process up? I feel pretty bad, I thought about doing a last minute dip, but is it even worth it?
If all my fish end up dying, do I still need to treat the tank, or can I leave it fishless for a few days to kill the parasite?
Any advice is well appreciated. Thanks in advance...
OH yeah, I put about 8 lbs of live rock in and have biggest eheim canister they make. Is this going to get in the substrate?

Likely not brooklynella. Likely he is the "odd man out" and got harrassed to death by the other damsels. What is your ammonia level?

Beth,
The ammonia level is 0. No Nitrates yet, but my salinity is 1.025. What are you thinking?
I put the poor domino that was laying on his side to rest last night.
The other fish have symptoms, but are in far better shape than the Domino damsel was, even 2 days after I put him in...
