I have a quick question my LFS told me to do a fresh water dip will this help? I asked for fermacine? If I have the name wrong...They do not beleive in meds

The medication is actually Formalin. Check the post about Brook and Formalin. If it is brook it can be very quick spreading,s o you should act as soon as possible. Formalin baths do work.
