Brooklynella Help!!

I was given a beautiful mated pair of Ocellaris clowns about 10 days ago. They looked great up until 2 days ago. Both of them have small whitish patches on them I suspect is Brooklynella. The patches are hardly noticeable though... They look almost as though they scraped themselves against something. There is no mucous, they are breathing fine, eating like pigs. My question is this- Should I quarantine them and treat them anyways or should I wait it out to see if they get better? If it is Brooklynella can they get better themselves or do they have to be treated no matter what? Thanks!!

I suggest you go to the disease section and read the top threads...there is very good info and pics on this
I think they have to be treated quickly though
