how do i treat my tank for Brooklynella, i lost my two clows 1st "the nemo kind" so i set up a qt tank, but is there anyway i can treat the water in my tank, i have coral and live rock in my tank

No, you can't treat the tank. Brook is passed mostly from fish to fish, rather than tank contamination.
Take a look at the FAQ Thread at the top of the forum for a post on formalin bathes. That is really the only viable treatment for brook.
