brooomer 5 help or someone with fuge

I have a 29 gallon on a stand and would like to do a refuge and was wondering what size rubbermaid and how would i set it up like what to put in it and what overflow and return pump?

Brommer's web site has a lot of the information. Do you have a pre-drilled tank, or are you going to go with hand on overflows...or are going to have you tank drilled

the tank is runnnig now so I would just go with the hang on overflows.
