brown algae, bubbles

i am 3 weeks into cycling my new tank, this morning i woke up to a brown algae bloom and i noticed some small bubbles on the brown algae can some one tell me what the bubbles are?
some of the algae is about 1/2 long and the bubbles are actually on the brown algae

algae produces oxygen bubbles, as it's a plant.
