Brown Algae

My tanks (55)been setup for 2 months,got about 20 lbs live rock and starting to get a brown algae on back glass. water test is good. is this some kinda warning because with my 30gal the algae was always green.

You're probably just getting a diatom bloom which is nothing to worry about. I still get them and my tank is 2 years old! It's possibly due to high phosphates in your water. Do you use tap water or RO water? Using ro water will decrease your blooms but a phosguard sponge will help even more.
Test your phosphate levels and see where they are. Anything over 0 can cause blooms even in an established tank.
