What is the best way to get rid of brown algea that is slowly taking over my rock?

yeah, i love him!!! I actually have two. Here's a pic, to help you decide if you want one or not.
First is the baby, and second is the "grandpa" (not the baby's grandpa, but that's his name... lol)
