Brown/Green Algae taking over

I had a post a few days ago about Diatoms. I know that you need to be patient as this tank is about 7-8 weeks old, it was a change over from a 39 (now 55 fowlr) Transfered lr and water. I have 10 lbs ls and 45 lbs carib sea aragonite. I now have algae every where. It is making a pretty thick mat on all the lr , thick enough its starting to have bubbles on it. Water perams seem fine, at about 78-80 degree. I am using a skilter and an empor filter(no wheels) Sorry so long, but am I just freaking out or what. I never had this trouble with the 39 gal. Man it looks bad. Thanks

I should have added I have a clean up crew:25 turbos, 10-15 scarlet hermits, 20 blue legs and a sally. I also do water changes with RO.

red algae? a thick carpet of velvet?
I had that when I first set up my 120 3 years ago. Well I took a great amount of it out with my fish net, covered some up with gravel to smother it. and it's gone. It's came fast. 2 weeks and my tank was covered. Course do a water change, remove it mechanically, put in a phosphate sponge and it'l be gone as soon as it came. My fish never suffered at all.
