I brought home a new clown about a month ago. Right away I noticed a little brown spot at the base of his lower front fin. I took him to the lfs and they thought abrasion. Next week there were 2 brown spots one now in back of the lower front fins and one of the front fins was 1/2 gone.
I thought some kind of rot. I placed him in hospital tank and began treating with Kanacyn everyother day.
It is now a 7-10 days later and spots are still there and one front bottom fin is completely gone.
What could it be (a fungus???) and how do I treat???
He is swimming, eating and seems find in every respect. All water conditions are perfect.
