Brown stuff on green Bubble coral

I noticed that my green bubble coral has some brown stuff on it. Is it algae? If so ia this normal? Please advised

Is it slimy?? If you blow it of the coral with water flow??
Hopefully not but Brown Jelly Disease is fairly common with LPS corals...
