I have an Atlantic Blue Tang that is in the juvenile yellow stage and I've just noticed a brownish color around his mouth on top of his gill plates and along his fins. There is definitely a parasite in the tank because the coral beauty, the hippo, and this tank will no stop scratching. I'm treating the tank with Rx-P and I do freshwater dips daily. Also all food except flakes is soaked in garlic. Does anyone know what could be ailing this tang? He eats fine swims ok but scratches a lot. Treatment started on saturday making this the 5th day of treatment. Any suggestions?
