Bruises on head of yellow tang?

I think my yellow tang has a bruise on his head. He looks like he also has a scab like he ran into a rock or something. At first I thought it was some kind of parasite, but I don't think so. It's just over his eye and their is another bruise a little higher.
Anyone ever see a fish not watching where he's going?
I will watch him but is their anything I can do or something I should watch for?

What does the "bruise" look like, color, etc.?

It's just a dark yellow to almost brown. They are circular, one where his fin starts, one above the left eye and towards the center and one just to the right of that. Today it looks like it is kinda healing, like it has a white scab where a little skin was hanging yesterday.
