let him be. he will eventually move to where he wants to anyway. when i bought mine a month ago, the onlything it could do was move, sticking to my liverock. hiding at the lowest depth, and in the back, making it hard to reach. he didn't even have any tentacles or buds. he looked like one of those candy saltwater taffees, or a shrunken tree stump. and it would only eat every 2 or 3 days. i had to hold the food in my fingers, up onto it's mouth to eat. it has grown larger, now has several budding tentacles about 1/4 to 1/2 inches in length, and is moving slowly up the liverock, towards the brightest area in the tank, and is improving daily. yes, i am still hand feeding small pieces of shrimp almost daily now. he doesn't look all those bta i see in the pics, but he's getting there. also, if there are any shrimp in the tank, feed them a portion of the food FIRST! or else they WILL end up with the morsel. my 3 camelbacks had to go. they contiuously walked on the bta so that it could never open up. and my scarlet cleaner will open-up my bta and physically pull the morsel OUt, if he's missed.
