BTA problem?

I am not sure what is going on with my BTA all my params are good the BTA has been in the tank for about at least 6 months with no problems. The tank is a 29 gal with 130 watts PC. It is not discolored at all however it will not eat shrimp or pieces of shirmp at all anymore. If I put a piece of shrimp into it my maroon pulls it out swims it to the other side of the tank and drops it. It seems to be small and shriveled up more then it was in the past and also doesnt seem to be nearly as big when it opens up. please help!

Phytoplankton is also an important part of an anenomies diet. It may be slightly malnurished as brine shrimp doesnt have all an invert needs. Just a thought. I feed mine both.
