BTA Problems

I have a Green BTA that is not doing so well. For the first 3 or 4 weeks it looked great, then it moved to the back corner of the tank under a rock and I can barley see it. It cannot be getting enough lighting under this rock and is not open like it was in the beginning. I also have a 7 inch Rose BTA in the same tank that is doing great. The two BTA's are on opposite ends of the tank. Should I consider getting the green BTA out of the tank? I am worried about it dying and polluting my water, then hurting the rest of my corals. What, if any, are signs that the new BTA is dying and should be removed?

IMO leave it alone. It moved itself there, so it must like it for some reason. It may take a while for it to open again, but id just let it do its thing

I agree that less stress is the way to go.
Check you params because... Almost all the Rose BTA"s ive seen have been cloned off another captive BTA. They are much hardier then wild caught green or brown BTA's. The wild caught ones IMO would also have a much more difficult time adjusting.
My 2 cents
