alrite, i got my bta a few weeks ago, and i had old old worn out lights because I was awaiting the arrival of my new ones. So i get my 4x 96 watt lights and install them, next day my bta is on the move i thought he was moving away from my large large(not sure on name the anemone that cost like $7) but it was moving to prepare to split. I didnt notice it untill today but the anemone had moved back to orig spot and was real small, but under a rock i saw something IT WAS THE OTHER HALF:). Im so happy I thought he was dieing or something.

Sounds pretty much like a normal split to me. You might watch your algae growth with the new lights, you might want to simply reduce your photo period if you feel the new lights are causing any new problematic algae's to quickly, or if you find that the anemone is hiding from the new lights.
