BTA stuck in biocube chamber

Hi, can anyone give me some advice on how to coax my BTA out of the bottom of the first chamber of my Biocube? Although I can't figure how, she must have gotten in via the grill work. We can't get to her, and I am just sick about it. Any adivice would be appretiated! Thanks, Donna.

that, or aim a powerhead right at it. being in that small of a space, they will probably let go right away.
