I have a Green BTA that has been stuck in mid-split for 5 days now and I'm beginning to get concerned.
On Monday it began it's split and looked like it was about 80% completely split and then it stopped. It's pedal disc was pulling appart and was stretching to aid the split, the oral disc is clearly elongated and in one straight line and is no longer surrounding the "mouth" (the mouth is gone).
Now it's starting to recoil back in on itself and has pulled it's pedal disc back together into one clump (even though it's still partially split).
Is it possible for a BTA to re-join itself after a failed split? Is there anything I can do to help it?
