Bubble algae??

If it pops it could spread. Try taking the LR out of the tank and removing it, or like was mentioned in another thread, green emerald crabs seem to remove it. I would try taking it out if its feesible(spelling may not be correct). Sometimes the bubbles are soft, and sometimes there hard as a rock. If they pop inside the tank it could get worse. All in all, there not that bad, unless its everywhere.
