bubble algae??

is bubble algae common during cycling? iam new at this, and iam getting excited, but dont want to rush, or mess up badly..
should i do 10% water changes during cycle,???
should i top off with fresh water before doing water change??
just a few questions, thanks

Bubble algae is common but not to cycling. You can remove them by hand (don't burst them though) or emerald crabs are supposed to eat them.
Yes top off with fresh water before doing a water change... but I'd wait until after the cycle to do the first water change.
