Bubble Algae ???????

Could somebody please give me some info on bubble algae.I thought the small bubbles I had in my tank were from my bakpak return, but have noticed that some of them aren't going away and seem to be sticking to my LR and multiplying fairly quickly. Any info on where,why and how it starts and how to get rid of it.Any info will be greatly appreciated. : )

if it is bubble algae, emerald crabs are said to be good at removing the smaller ones; or you could try to carefully pluck them off the LR yourself
