I just picked up a Bubble Coral, and a Candy Can Coral with about 8 heads 3 of which are SPLITTING!!! (for $30.00!) Anyway where should i put them in my tank?
I have 4x65watt PC lighting in a 55 Gallon tank.
I was thinking of putting the bubble in the sand, and maybe the Candy Cane between some rocks? Or would that be good in the sand to? :notsure:

Don't know about the bubble, but i think candycane/trumpet corals look best when you use a epoxy putty to glue thier "stem" to a rock. Eventually the white glue will be coverd by coraline. I have the same size tank with the same lighting and mine do great right where they are. (see mine in Pic) BTW... That's a good price, I payed $32 for this piece. (5 heads)

I would say at least mid way up in your tank, the candy cane might do alright down on the sand but it doesnt sound like enough light to me. remember to spot feed the candy cane for best growth rate. good luck with them and thats a really good price IMO
