I've heard of clowns adapting to other corals if no anenomes are around (like frogspawn), but i don't think i've ever heard anyone say they responded to bubble coral. Oddly i had 2 tank raised clowns that wouldn't even take to my bubble tip anenome, but one died, and i replaced it with a wild clown who accepted the anenome within 3 days. After that the other tank raised accepted it also, and now they play in it all day. I've even seen one of them take a small piece of shrimp down to the anenome to feed it! Is your tank too small for both? Beware adding anenomes to a tank with other corals though, as it may sting and kill them as it wanders around the tank. If you are going to mix, add the anenome first, and let it find a place it likes in the tank. Hopefully it will stay there and you won't have to worry about it as it wanders.
