Bubble coral is growing stems from it's center...

My Bubble coral has been doing well, ate some brine shrimp last night, and this morning I watched it produce 2 sturdy stems from it's center. The tips of the stems have bud like formation and the stems are 2-3 inches in height. The coral is green with the stems a translucent brown and the bubbles are staying inflated. These do not look like sweeper tentacles. Any ideas what is happening here?

That does not look normal? I have seen mine do something similar a few days after ive feed it. But that looks like it's melting....
Do you have any coral dips? Try a coral dip maybe it's infected.
