Bubble Coral Question. It's having babies?

How do bubble coral reproduce? I'm pretty sure they're not fraggable (at the very least very difficult to) but on the back of my bubble, growing from the shell(for lack of a better word) I have what appears to be 2 new tiny bubble corals (see pic) Can I eventually cut these off and have 2 more corals?
