bubble coral weird thing coming out ....added pic

There is like a weird sack come from my bubble coral. Its not the same color as the bubles and it looks kind of bumpy and purplish color in it. Does anyone know what this is? Also I don't think he looks so great.

can't really see what you're talking about but I will say that no he doesn't look like he is doing so good. Try moving him closer to the light. Great pics though.

Hey pull him out and put him in a QT and keep the normal lights on him for normal times and see what happens but you dont him to self destruct in your tank.

From your pic its hard to tell whats up.....it doesn't look entirely healthy.....the stuff you describe may simply be its waste....mine releases a stringy looking substance now and then.........but I'd be concerned more about the overall welfare of your coral......it looks like its not fully inflating and may be receding................I'd be concerned if mine was showing as much skeleton as yours seems to.......try lower current location and maybe a spot with more direct light........do you feed yours directly...mine really does lots better after a meaty meal......hope this helps a little
