i have a large bubble coral it is on the bottom of the tank(24in. deep). with a 400w. mh bulb on each side of it but not directly above it. it is in a medium flow. and seems to eat well, but i just noticed that on one end of it has deteriorated away. and that end was back below a rock. the rest of it looks really well. i moved it out were its not under a rock and hope that thats all it was. any requests thanks.

well it definitely has enough light, maybe it was because that part didn't get light, mine did well in a reef tank with more nutrient levels, I had 1 in my sps tank, the water was too clean i guess, but the 1's in the lps tanks that has higher nutrients, live longer, better, healther.
