bubble on my Clowns mouth??

It looks like a little beard... LOL I don't know what it is. It's been on there all day. It looks like a little bubble on his front chin. Anyone know?? Thanks Keith

Is it white? Could be lip fungus. Ask Beth in the disease/treatment forum, and post a pic there for her if you can.
