Bubble problem...

So i have VHO's and PC's.
Levels are good.
1 year ago i saved a bubble coral from a neighbors dieing tank.
All of my corals are growing like crazy...but this bubble.
It's the same size since the day i got it.
I've moved it all over my tank. More flow, less flow, more light, less light....still nothing.
Any hints?

Yes, stop moving it so much. Find a place with low flow and medium light and let it establish itself there.
Also, what are your other corals and what are your water parameters?
