Bubble Tip

my bubble tip is very big at night and he sort of shrivles up at night.
also he does not have sticky tentacles at all. when i feed him i need to put the food right next to his mouth then protect the food from other fish.
is there anything i can go.... i dont think hes bleached because he looks like a good color hes flourescent green with pink tips
