Bubbles in sump from protein skimmer

Hey guys,
I just bought an AquaC EV 120 protein skimmer yesterday and its creating a lot of bubbles in my sump which in turn is being sucked up by my return pump back to my tank. I know that this isn't necesarilly a bad thing, but I really dont like the look of it. Is there anything that I can do? Is this just a break in period with my skimmer? Will this harm my coral? Its enough bubbles to notice if you looked at the top of the tank, but not enough to notice if you where looking at the bottom. Thanks for any and all help....!

It should stop after the break in. If the gate valve is open to much that may also be somw of the cause. If you close the valve a little does it get better.

I tried that too, but there still seems to be a steady flow of tiny bubble flowing into the tank. It just doesn't look nice.
