bug like things in my tank?????

Hey I have alot of these little bug likr things in my tank when I turn my light on in the morning. They look clear or silver are they shrimp??? as soon as I turn on my light they scater and go hide in my rocks.
WHAT ARE THEY???????????

I was about to post the same thing. However, I have a fish only tank with no live rocks or live sand and I have these little white things crawling around my glass, especially places that have algae growing on it. Are these the same things?

Where can they come from? I don't have any l/r or l/s. The only things I have besides fish are 4 hermit crabs that are pretty big. I thought it might be little crabs that hatched or something.
If they are copepods, how can I capture them? I would rather have them in my 35g reef tank.
